The Canadian Environmental Law Foundation hosts and maintains several projects that support the environmental law and policy community. We maintain a library devoted to the environment and the law in print and electronic formats. The library holds many difficult-to-find documents from the Environmental Movement. The Foundation has also become the virtual host to several collections of significance that lost their original home.
Print library materials can be used in the library. Reference advice on useful resources is available both to visitors and to those who contact us by phone or email.
The Canadian Environmental Law Foundation’s existence depends on support from foundations, government agencies, and many individuals. This help is especially important now when government assistance has declined dramatically even as the need for public education and citizen action on environmental issues has never been greater.
